Based in Southern California, I am a Couple and Family Therapist. My background and life experiences provide me with a unique ability to view situations from multiple perspectives and from a place of neutrality.
At Hunt Psychological Services, I bring Solution-Focused training, EFT and CBT experience, Narrative Therapy and Gottman training to individuals and couples. I find these approaches to be both forward-thinking and optimistic in nature.
With special focus on Men’s Issues, Intimacy and Relationship concerns, Sexual Issues and Addictions (Substances, Internet, Pornography) I strive to be an unbiased listener and hopeful messenger for those navigating life’s most difficult challenges.
Creating a safe and supportive environment is essential to my work, meeting each client where they are, building trust, respect, and meaningful connection.
While there may be no single solution, I believe that with enhanced communication and self-reflection, we can increase our strength, resilience, and hope.
