Dans ses motsBorn and raised in Smithville, I’m proud to be offering care in the same community that shaped me. After years of working in leadership roles, raising five kids, and juggling real life, I found myself pulled toward something more hands-on and fulfilling. I graduated from Mohawk College's massage therapy program and trained clinically to work alongside chiropractors. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and take an evidence-based approach. What started as curiosity turned into passion when I realized how much of a difference focused, goal-driven treatment can make in someone’s life. I believe in working with you, not just on you. I provide treatments designed to help you move better, feel better, and stay that way. During my off time, I enjoy the great outdoors, time with my family and have a love for all things art related. Being a registered massage therapist is not just just my occupation, it is my passion and what I care about. Let’s get to work.
