I am an enthusiast of life. I have also experienced sorrow, grief, and loss, and these experiences have shaped who I am as a person and as a therapist.
My loves include people, the outdoors, traveling, conversation, gratitude, and the little things. As an educator, a counsellor, and simply as a human, I am passionate about connection and working with others in varying capacities. I can offer services in English & Spanish.
From personal experience as a therapist and as a client, I know how transformative counselling can be, and what a difference it can make in how we feel about and view the world. I care deeply about helping others with their particular journey, and hope our time together can support you with that.
