About Michelle
Michelle (she/her) has had experience in several helping roles throughout her career including in mental
health settings, crisis management, the autism network, the non-profit sector, and in the public

best fit clients’ personal and unique wishes and goals. These modalities include but are not
limited to person-centered theory, cognitive-behavioural theory, dialectical-behavioural therapy
skills, narrative therapy, existential theory, solutions focused therapy, and the trauma-informed
approach.
