Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from the University of Toronto. She went on to complete her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney gaining valuable knowledge and manual skills treating patients with chronic conditions such as arthritis, sports-related injuries, and post-operative care. Michelle incorporates education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, sport specific training, taping, and modalities to optimize recovery, reduce pain and achieve goals. In her spare time, Michelle keeps active playing with her dog and spending time with her family and friends over a good meal! She also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, so feel free to share your tips and recipes!
