She is constantly striving to expand her knowledge of the human body and learn additional techniques and modalities to use in her treatments. She is adept at treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, nerve compression syndromes (such as thoracic outlet syndrome), among others. Miena tailors each treatment plan to match the client’s needs and goals including relaxation, deep tissue work, pre-natal massage, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage.
