About Mikael
Mikael is a kinesiologist passionate about helping people restore movement, reduce pain, and build lasting strength. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Science from York University (2019) and has developed a holistic, client-centred approach to care.
Mikael works with each individual to create customized exercise prescriptions that address pain, mobility, strength, and posture. His practice combines functional movement, corrective exercise, mobility training, strength and conditioning, soft tissue work, and lifestyle guidance, ensuring each plan is both achievable and effective.
He has experience supporting a wide range of populations, including those recovering from whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, low back pain, sports injuries, and the effects of long hours at a desk. Mikael develops programs that integrate seamlessly into daily life, providing the tools, skills, and education needed live healthy and happy lives.
Outside the clinic, Mikael stays active through cycling, yoga, climbing, and ultimate frisbee. He brings the same curiosity, discipline, and energy from his athletic background into his work, continually learning and growing as a practitioner.
