Mike is a registered kinesiologist. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's and a Master's in Kinesiology.
Experience
Mike has spent several years working in high-performance sport as a freestyle ski coach, coaching clubs in Vancouver, Whistler, and most recently serving as the head coach of the BC Park and Halfpipe team for five years. He maintains a strong connection to the freestyle ski community, acting as a mentor for other coaches and a learning facilitator with Freestyle Canada.
In addition to performance sport, Mike has several years of experience working in various settings and with diverse populations, including providing active rehabilitation programs in private physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation in long-term care facilities, and exercises for patients coping with breast cancer in a research-based setting.

Mike has a passion for helping clients reach their lifestyle and sport goals. He enjoys working with clients to improve their movement efficiency and optimize performance to meet their daily and sports demands. His sessions often include a combination of targeted training and client education, with the goal of achieving long-lasting results.
