Dans ses motsMindy received her certification from the Academy of Deep Muscle Therapy in 2000 and practiced in a variety of settings for three years. She then worked administratively in the healthcare field for several years before returning to her first love of DMT and reflexology in 2023.
With a passion for helping people, Mindy specializes in the European Alzner Technique of Deep Muscle Therapy and Reflexology which utilizes circular, yet longitudinal pressure to the muscles and soft tissues, resulting in improved circulation, a feeling of relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being.
