About Molly
I have always been deeply passionate about working with others, a passion shaped by both personal and professional experiences. Over the past four years, working in early intervention supporting children and families has been transformational and continues to guide how I approach my work. I strive to create a space where clients, whether children, teens, or adults, feel seen, heard, and valued, and are empowered to embrace their full selves. I welcome and support clients who are 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse, working to ensure that everyone feels respected, affirmed, and safe in their journey.
Drawing from, but not limited to, Client-Centred, experiential, Narrative, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy approaches, my goal is to provide clients with individualized tools to support themselves during times when life feels heavy or overwhelming. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, challenges with self-esteem, parenting struggles, and trauma-related concerns, though my work is not limited to these areas. Your experiences will guide our approach, and I aim to support you in feeling confident and capable when navigating life’s ups and downs.
