Monica Duarte is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their overall quality of life. She believes that every client benefits from treatments tailored to their unique needs, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, reducing stress, or simply investing in their overall well-being.
Monica is centred on providing compassionate, client-focused care in a welcoming environment. She values building strong therapeutic relationships through open communication, education, and individualized treatment plans that support each client’s health goals.
Outside of the clinic, Monica enjoys spending quality time with her family, camping and exploring, expressing her creativity through painting, and spending time in her garden. She is passionate about helping others feel their best and looks forward to supporting her clients on their journey toward improved health and wellness.
