Monica Von Gaza
À propos de Monica
Dans ses mots"Monica first began massaging at 5 years of age where she could be found earning loonies from relatives at family reunions for a massage in the grass. In 2022 she'd come full circle, graduating from Mount Royal University with a 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma. Believing that massage therapy should be an inclusive practice; she is passionate about fostering a body positive and LGBTQIA+ friendly therapeutic space where people feel both welcome and heard.
With her client-centered approach to treatment, Monica encourages clients to utilize their time on the table as a well deserved moment of relaxation spent tuning into their bodies while quieting the mind. She values providing clients with a better understanding of their muscles, and invites them to participate in prolonging the benefits of regular massages with complimentary homecare exercises in between. Having experience as a support worker for adults with special needs, Monica hopes to further expand her practice within this community; believing massage therapy can provide health benefits to everybody, and every BODY."
