After graduating from Dalhousie University with my Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015, I moved from Nova Scotia to Alberta to begin my career as a physiotherapist.
After completing my Master’s degree, I continued my education by taking courses in intramuscular stimulation (IMS), acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, women's health / pelvic floor dysfunctions, pediatrics, manual therapy, Graston®, neuro-proprioceptive taping, and Diagnostic Imaging.
I am able to refer patients' for MSK X-ray, Ultrasound & MRI's, as indicated.
When I am not working, you can find me enjoying a walk with my husband and son, trying new food & restaurants, and rooting for our Edmonton Oilers!

« Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy involving internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. Those muscles are located between the hip bones and the sacrum, and they support the pelvic organs including the bladder, colon and uterus.
Symptoms and conditions that typically respond well to pelvic floor physiotherapy are urinary incontinence (including leaking when you cough or sneeze), organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum, pre and post operative, overall pain and/or discomfort. »
