Moritz is passionate about the powerful effect massage therapy has on calming the nervous system. His treatment approach includes a focus on myofascial and trigger point release, accompanied by Swedish massage techniques and gentle joint mobilizations. In addition, tuning in with the breath is encouraged during treatment, to facilitate soft tissue changes. He looks forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
He graduated from the RMT program in Nelson, BC at Kootenay Columbia College, where he completed over 3000 hours of training in treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
Away from his practice, Moritz loves to spend time outdoors exploring the beautiful Kootenay mountains on his splitboard, or by hiking and rock climbing.
