Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, or family dynamics, Nadia offers support rooted in empathy, respect, and cultural understanding. As a BIPOC therapist, she is attuned to the complex ways that race, ethnicity, faith, and identity shape mental health and relationships.

Nadia provides culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and inclusive care in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi, offering clients the opportunity to explore their challenges in the language they feel most comfortable using.
If you’re ready to make meaningful change, deepen your relationships, or reconnect with yourself, Nadia is here to support you every step of the way.
