Nadia brings 22 years of massage therapy experience to her practice, with a background that spans sports massage, Swedish technique, and deep therapeutic work. She is also a qualified kinesiotherapist (QC), and incorporates lomi-lomi, a full-body technique using forearm strokes to create a continuous, flowing treatment, to complement her hands-on approach.
Alongside her physical therapy work, Nadia practices energy healing, supporting clients in their emotional as well as physical recovery. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body holds profound capacity for self-healing, and she sees her role as helping clients access and develop that capacity for themselves.
Outside the treatment room, Nadia is a singer-songwriter who accompanies herself on guitar and harmonica, and spent many years as a competitive Latin dancer. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the body in motion and the relationship between physical expression and wellbeing.
