Dans ses motsNadir completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McGill University and then completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Nadir has worked with high level athletes and sports teams, and he is involved in a teaching role with the University of Toronto where he shares his years of experience with students, and others. He has also been featured by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association for his work with online physiotherapy.
In his practice, Nadir uses an evidence based approach to apply orthopedic manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and corrective techniques. He enjoys working collaboratively with other health care professionals and has worked extensively with sports medicine specialists and orthopedic specialists.
In his free time, Nadir enjoys flying - he has been a certified pilot since 2004. He has also spent his summers working for Canadian Coast Guard's Inshore Rescue Boat Program.
