Dans ses motsNancy is the founder of Align Massage Therapy Kanata, created with the intention of offering thoughtful, client-centred care in a calm and welcoming environment. Her approach is grounded in compassion, consent, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
With a background spanning both physical and mental health care, Nancy brings a trauma-informed lens to her work, believing that healing happens best when clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. She values collaboration and views care as a partnership between practitioner and client.
Nancy has a long-standing interest in movement and its role in overall well-being. She believes movement can be a powerful tool for building resilience, confidence, and connection within the body, and she encourages clients to engage with their bodies in ways that feel sustainable and supportive.
Outside the clinic, Nancy enjoys powerlifting and long-distance cycling, practices that continue to shape her understanding of the body and inform her belief that movement is medicine.
