Naomi Barnes
À propos de Naomi
Dans ses motsHi — I'm Naomi Barnes, RP.
I've been a Registered Psychotherapist for over a decade, and the through-line in almost everything I do is this: most people don't need more coping skills. They need someone to help them make sense of what's actually happening — in their body, in their relationships, and in the patterns they've been carrying for years.
I specialize in complex trauma and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I'm one of a small number of Advanced PRT-certified practitioners in Ontario, and I bring a background in the medical management of chronic pain and injury — which shapes how I think about the hypersensitized nervous system in ways that go beyond standard training.
I work with people dealing with chronic pain, complex trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), couples in conflict cycles, and anyone who's spent a long time being told their experience isn't valid.
Sessions are available in 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute formats. Sliding scale available.
In-person in Newmarket, ON. Virtual across Ontario.
