Nat Campbell, RP (Qualifying)
Cambridge, ON & Virtual Across Ontario
Nat is a compassionate therapist who supports individuals navigating self-esteem, perfectionism, life transitions, nervous system regulation, infidelity, and confidence in relationships. She has a special interest in working with healthcare professionals and primary care providers, helping them manage stress, prevent burnout, and reconnect with a sense of balance and purpose.
Her approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques. Nat helps clients better understand their internal experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and shift unhelpful patterns toward more aligned and sustainable ways of living.
Nat creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to build confidence, navigate change, and develop deeper, more secure relationships with themselves and others. Nat is currently welcoming new clients for in-person sessions in Cambridge and virtual sessions across Ontario and Canada.
