With over a decade of experience, Natalie blends practical tools with deeper emotional insight to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and create lasting change. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor sessions to your goals and pace.
Natalie is passionate about creating a space where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions, reflect on their experiences, and reconnect with their strengths—always at a pace that feels right for them.
