Dans ses motsNatasha grew up in New Westminster, and was immersed in many sports from a young age. Her passion for movement and physical health grew as she competed in track and field, running in the NCAA while completing her undergrad. Her love for sport and human anatomy led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Leeds Beckett University in the UK.
Natasha believes in working closely with each of her clients to develop a treatment plan that is aligned with their unique goals. Her treatments include a blend of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and education, which assist her clients of all ages and aspirations achieve and maintain their best possible quality of life.
Physiotherapy interests include Orthopedics (particularly shoulders, knees, and feet), Pelvic pain conditions and incontinence, Prenatal and post-partum, and Exercise Prescription and Programming.
Outside of work, Natasha is an avid cook and baker, and loves being outdoors. You can usually find her hiking, skiing, gravel biking, kayaking, or travelling near-and-far.
