Natasha is an all-around West Coaster. When not curled up by the fireplace at home, she is out enjoying beautiful Vancouver Island, hiking forest trails with her dogs, fishing for that big salmon, camping on a mountain or ATVing in the back country.
After many years spent in an office environment, Natasha left her career in public service; it was time to pivot when the pull for more meaningful work couldn’t be ignored. After experiencing firsthand the benefits of therapeutic massage for chronic low back pain and whiplash, and having been introduced to massage therapy as a child to decrease tension, pain and stress, it was an easy decision to head back to school in her 40’s.
Natasha believes therapeutic massage can encourage you to connect and focus on your body and take charge of your health goals. She provides safe and effective treatments by gathering a thorough health history, LISTENING to your goals and assisting in determining your needs. Open communication is key in developing a successful partnership, and don’t expect to escape your appointment without homework.
Natasha will help you regain your strength, function and fitness and ease pain, helping you return to regular routines and activities. Long term, her work will help you maintain health, function and prevent injury.
