About Natasha
Natasha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She works with youth (12+), adults and couples, offering a compassionate, culturally aware, and evidence based approach to therapy. Her practice supports individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma, relationships, addiction and major life transitions.
Using a trauma-informed and integrative framework, Natasha integrates an internal family systems (IFS) framework with cognitive, behavioral, emotion focused therapy, and attachment-based techniques, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard and understood. With a strengths based lens, she supports individuals and couples build self-awareness, improve relationships and develop practical tools for managing emotions and life's challenges.
With a background in the non-profit and social services sector, Natasha brings a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in navigating personal and cultural identities. She is committed to helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies to foster personal growth and transformation.
Beyond her work, Natasha enjoys swimming, traveling, and exploring new countries whenever she gets the chance. She is also passionate about presenting on mental health topics, sharing knowledge to help others learn and grow.
