I believe in the power of connection to heal, and I’m passionate about collaborating with people like you to help them feel seen, uncover the reasons for their struggles, and help them feel better. I believe we all have existing strengths and courage within us, and I want to help you use and build upon those within yourself to live your best life possible. I hope to help you feel more in control of your life and find more happiness, confidence, and fulfillment.
I bring warmth, relatability, and empathy to the therapeutic relationship. Using trauma-informed, attachment-based, and systemic approaches, I strive to understand the external factors contributing to your struggles and help you navigate through them. My specific approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Play Therapy, including Theraplay. I am also trained in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders and perinatal loss and grief.
To my work as a therapist I bring 13 years of experience working with children, youth, families, and adults with diverse needs and in a variety of settings, including inpatient and community mental health treatment, residential group care, foster care, child welfare, and in-home and school-based support.
At MP, we love Natasha for her warmth, enthusiasm, and kindness.
