I grew up surrounded by Acupuncturists, Naturopaths and natural medicine, however, my true passion for acupuncture began during my own healing journey. At sixteen, struggling with overwhelming anxiety, I turned to acupuncture, only to discover how profoundly it could transform my well-being. I saw firsthand how powerful this medicine was, not just for my mental health but also for regulating my cycles and managing my PCOS. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.
Beginning my professional education with a DEC in Sciences at John Abbott College in Montreal, I developed a deep understanding of the far-reaching interconnections between the mind, body, and soul. These foundational studies gave me a strong grasp of bodily systems.
I was also fortunate to work as an assistant to my acupuncturist for seven years, where I shadowed her and gained invaluable insight into holistic healing. In November 2021, I graduated with Honours from the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ottawa as an Acupuncture Practitioner. I am a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
Originally from Montreal, I moved to Ottawa for Acupuncture school, and I quickly fell in love with this city—so much so that I decided to plant my roots here. In my practice, I take a patient-centered and holistic approach, working with each individual to align treatment with their unique vision of healing.

I am fully bilingual in English and French, and my additional certifications include Cosmetic Acupuncture, Reiki, Cupping Therapy, Guasha Therapy, Tui Na Massage, Electroacupuncture, Laser Light Therapy, and Foot Reflexology.
