À propos de Neha
Dans ses motsNeha graduated with her Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India in 2014. Since then, she worked in India for a few years before coming to Canada. Her passion for women's health led her to pursue further training into pelvic floor therapy.
Neha currently completed her level 1, 2, 3 pelvic health and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain training with a goal of completing many more advanced courses to further her knowledge and experience in pelvic health care. She has done courses which help improve her treatment for clients with EDS (Ehler's- Danlos), HSD (Hypermobility spectrum disorders), and associated symptoms and conditions. Along with these, she has broadened her scope to include treatment of patients with concussion.
As a physical therapist, Neha evaluates and assesses patients thoroughly to create an individualized plan of care. She enjoys meeting new patients and discovering how she can best help each individual improve their health and function through physical therapy. She focuses on quality over quantity of movement. She is attentive to each patient's goals and seeks to provide patient-centered and evidence-based care.
Neha enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time. She also loves a good book, outdoor adventures, traveling, hiking, and coffee.
