About Nichole
Hello! My name is Nichole Olivieri, and I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people improve their health through practical, personalized, and evidence-based nutrition.
I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, with a specialization in Dietetics and am actively registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta. I have worked in diverse clinical settings across Alberta, supporting patients in areas including geriatrics, intensive care, digestive health, and paediatrics.
In addition to my clinical background, I have pursued further training in menopause and women’s health, with a special interest in supporting individuals through life changes and helping build lasting wellness. I work with both adult and paediatric populations and enjoy supporting clients with family nutrition, women’s health concerns, and a wide range of clinical needs.
Through my diverse experience in clinical nutrition, I support clients across the lifespan with practical, individualized, and evidence-based nutrition care. I have a special interest in women’s health and menopause nutrition, and enjoy helping clients navigate hormonal changes, weight concerns, digestive concerns, mental health, and building sustainable habits that support long term wellbeing. I also have experience supporting families with paediatric nutrition concerns, including picky eating and feeding challenges.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and realistic. I strongly believe nutrition should feel supportive, not restrictive, and that change comes from strategies that fit your life. I strive to create a non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
