Nicolas has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling. He is a five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team, is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in a wide variety of sports.
Nicolas earned his Masters in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle, following his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta--majoring in sport psychology. Nicolas’ special interests include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and sport and performance psychology.

« A 30-minute exposure therapy session incorporates the use of a virtual reality headset to assist with a number of different dimensions of psychological recovery. This includes, but is not limited to, driving anxiety, specific phobias such as fear of spiders, fear of heights, or fear of dogs--as examples.
