Dans ses motsNicole is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.
Through personal experience, Nicole understands how much massage can benefit both the body and mind. She has experience in Swedish massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and TMJ treatments. Her treatments incorporate deeper techniques such as fascial and trigger point therapy into relaxation-based massages to help relieve tension and muscle soreness while helping you de-stress.
