À propos de Nicole
Dans ses motsNicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, where she developed a strong foundation in movement, health, and the mind-body connection. Wanting to deepen her knowledge, she went on to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and has since pursued additional certifications, including specialized training in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga as well as yoga for traumatic brain injuries. This ongoing education has shaped her practice, where she focuses on supporting individuals through recovery, rehabilitation, and overall wellness.
Her journey with movement began at a young age through dance, which carried into her university years and inspired her passion for yoga. Over time, Nicole has cultivated a holistic approach to health, blending her background in Kinesiology with mindful practices. She believes each person’s health is a unique balance of physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and she brings this philosophy into every client interaction.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole loves to spend time exploring the Shuswap with her partner and their dog, or diving into creative projects at home. Whether she’s renovating their fixer-upper, woodworking, crocheting, or crafting, Nicole thrives on hands-on creativity and enjoys keeping busy with projects that inspire her.
