She specializes in OCD, disordered eating, perfectionism, hoarding disorder, and gender-based violence, providing evidence-based care for targeting emotional overwhelm, interpersonal communication, compulsive behaviour, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, and the long-term impacts of trauma. She emphasizes the connection between OCD and disordered eating, helping clients build healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
In practice, Nicole creates an integrated safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space focused on strengthening self-compassion and normalizing moderation and imperfection. She guides clients to understand how OCD, trauma, and various life experiences affect mental health while providing quick and accessible tools to foster acceptance, creative growth, resilience, and meaningful change. She recognizes how challenging it can be for clients to reach out and supports them in building courage, confidence, and lasting growth at all walks of life.
