Nicole has a vast array of experiences as a Massage Therapist since 2007. She has worked with high performance athletes to woman labouring (lots of similarities in fact!), she's worked with children, the elderly and the weekend warriors. No two people are alike and Nicole is always reminded and at times challenged by this. She finds her work incredibly rewarding and she feels thankful she's able to aid people in achieving optimal health and ultimately feeling great. Her past also includes work as a Doula (labour support), and generally aiding women through pregnancy and childbirth. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys time with her family and when she has time to herself she loves hiking, yoga and long walks with her furry family member.
