Nika graduated from the Ontario Massage Therapy Program receiving the Student Achievement Award with the highest class average in 2009. Having been a competitive figure skater herself, she developed a passion for helping other athletes and has directed her advanced studies towards Sport Massage Therapy.
Over the last 5 years Nika has gained valuable experience by focusing her attention on the following sports:

Injury rehabilitation, maintenance and prevention are her strengths and she enjoys treating athletes of all levels. Her unique treatment style and passion for sports coupled with her dynamic personality creating a winning combination.

« Performed by a registered massage therapist who is experienced in treating kids of all ages, this visit can help with:
- Play or sport associated aches, pains, dysfunction and mobility issues.
-Sleep quality and disturbances
-Stress and anxiety
-Growing pains
-Support for Children with Special Needs (e.g., ADHD, Autism, Anxiety)
*Parents can be present during the intake, assessment and full treatment time.
*The assessment and massage can be done over top of clothing
