Dans ses motsNicole has been an enthusiastic and dedicated massage therapist since 2004. She is committed to helping you meet your goals, whether to restore your body to function, manage chronic pain, or renew yourself through relaxation.
As well as utilizing classic Swedish and deep tissue techniques, Nicole has taken courses in Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy to name a few. In future she will continue to add new skills.
For Nicole, massage therapy blends one-on-one relationship with hands on care within a holistic approach for your wellness journey.

« The underlying tissue is drawn up into the cup forming an area of blood stasis. This appears to bruise the area, or turn it a bright or dark red depending on the degree of stagnation and the amount of toxins in the blood. Cupping is able to draw blood from as much as four inches below the skin’s surface to recirculate fresh blood and bring old blood to the surface to be cleaned by the lymphatic system. Cupping will help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

This type of massage uses smooth stones that are warmed and placed on various points on the body which relax the body and allow the therapist to relax the deepest tissues of the body. The heated stones provide extra relaxation to any tight or stiff muscles in the body. »Indian Head Massage
