À propos de Nina
Dans ses motsNina is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in movement science and rehabilitation. Nina enjoys working with people of all ages to help them move better, recover from injuries, and regain confidence in their bodies. Whether it’s supporting someone through a sports injury, post-surgical rehab, or managing a chronic condition, she takes a patient-centered approach, focusing on individualized care that fits each person’s needs and goals.
Always eager to keep learning, Nina stays up to date with the latest research and treatment techniques to provide the best possible care. She believes that physiotherapy isn’t just about recovery—it’s about helping people take control of their health and get back to doing what they love.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking pastries, exploring new foods, and immersing herself in film and TV. She loves singing karaoke, playing the piano, and staying active through strength training, dancing, yoga, and nature walks. Nina is also fluent in Tagalog.
