Nina’s counselling approach is inspired by a combination of lived experience and formal education. She draws from ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry, Narrative therapy, and Solution-focused therapy. From personal and professional experience, she has gained experience in working with issues related to gender and sexual diversity, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma, dementia, racial identity, race-based trauma, spiritual identity, suicide ideation, and self-harm. She’s a Registered Social Worker in SK, AB, and NS and an NIHB practitioner in SK and NS. Nina offers both individual and relationship sessions.
