Thank you for your understanding. * Nita is a compassionate and results-focused massage therapist who has been practicing since 2022. A graduate of the Alberta Institute of Massage, she recently completed her certification in Reflexology, expanding her holistic approach to client care. She has hands-on experience treating a wide range of conditions, including clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Her work at major athletic events such as the Woody’s Marathon in Red Deer and the Edmonton Marathon has given her unique insight into performance-related recovery and injury prevention. Nita brings both technical skill and deep empathy to her sessions. She understands that pain often has both physical and emotional roots, and she’s sensitive to how stress, trauma, and even dietary habits can influence the body. She draws on a strong foundational understanding of how lifestyle choices impact the musculoskeletal system. Clients appreciate Nita’s intuitive and grounded approach, as well as her belief that healing is always possible. She is deeply committed to helping people feel better in their bodies and return to the activities they love, with less pain and greater freedom of movement.
