About Nitisha
I believe physiotherapy is about more than relieving pain—it's about helping people understand their bodies so they can move with confidence and get back to doing what they love. Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on finding and addressing the root cause of the problem. My goal is to create practical treatment plans that fit naturally into your daily life, making it easier to build habits that lead to lasting results.
I'm a Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, spine injuries, and sports-related injuries. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from University of Delhi in 2014, I've had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and activity levels in a variety of rehabilitation settings.
My approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and always tailored to the individual. I combine manual therapy with personalized exercise programs and use techniques such as the McKenzie Method, Neurodynamics, Mulligan Mobilization, Kinesiology Taping, and Cupping Therapy when they're appropriate for your specific needs.
I'm also certified in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, which allows me to support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other pelvic health concerns. I know these issues can be deeply personal, so I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood.
For me, the most rewarding part of this profession is seeing people regain their confidence—whether that's returning to a sport, picking up their child without pain, or simply moving through everyday life more comfortably. I'm passionate about giving my patients the knowledge, tools, and support they need to take charge of their recovery and enjoy a healthier, more active life.
