Nupur is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapy resident with over 3 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in 2019 from India and began her career at a multi-specialty hospital, where she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions including post-operative Total Knee and Hip Arthroplasty, rotator cuff injuries, stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s Disease, and cerebral palsy. She then worked in a private clinic setting for over two years, focusing on musculoskeletal conditions such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, muscle strains, ligament sprains, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. Nupur applies evidence-based techniques across the continuum of care—from acute injury management to full return-to-function programs. After moving to Canada, Nupur worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in long-term care, supporting individuals with arthritis, mobility challenges, and balance issues. She provided treatments such as manual therapy, balance training, stretching, and gait re-education. _Her treatment philosophy combines individualized exercise programming, hands-on therapy, and appropriate use of modalities to support optimal recovery._ Outside of work, Nupur enjoys walking in nature, reading, and spending time with her family. _Her ultimate goal is to empower her patients to regain function, independence, and improve their quality of life._
