À propos de Nuria
Dans ses motsNuria Garcia Abollo, BScPT, Resident Physiotherapist
Nuria’s passion for movement started early as a competitive swimmer and through participation in a variety of sports. Her curiosity about the human body and how it performs led her to pursue a Bachelor of Sciences in Physiotherapy at Leon University in Spain. During her studies, she completed a residency in Brazil, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and rehabilitation. She has also gained international experience, including working in Dubai in a sports-focused physiotherapy setting, treating athletes and active individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Nuria is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Now a Resident Physiotherapist in Ontario, Nuria takes an active, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation. She helps patients recover from injury, build strength, and regain confidence in their movement. Whether returning to sport, recovering post-surgery, or improving overall function, Nuria tailors treatment plans to each person’s needs, emphasizing education, empowerment, and long-term well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Nuria maintains an active lifestyle, training in the gym, following a balanced approach to health and nutrition, and enjoying sports such as soccer, basketball, tennis, and volleyball. She loves sharing her passion for a healthy living with her patients.
