Olivia Marcus
À propos de Olivia
Dans ses motsOlivia brings a grounded, compassionate approach to massage therapy, shaped by her own journey of hard work and determination. She began her massage training at Sutherland-Chan in Toronto and graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage in North York.
While studying at York University and then later massage school, Olivia worked multiple jobs—including a management role at the UPS warehouse—to support her dream of becoming an RMT. This firsthand experience with the demands of physical labour, school, and burnout gives her a deep understanding of the toll stress and overwork can take on the body.
She specializes in deep pressure and trigger point therapy, and often works with clients experiencing chronic fatigue, stress, muscle tension, and repetitive strain injuries. Her treatments are especially effective for those in fast-paced, stressful, or physically demanding jobs.
Olivia believes that caring for your body is just as important as caring for your career, relationships, and passions. Whether you prefer a quiet, relaxing massage or enjoy chatting during your treatment, she’s here to make you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.
She’s also passionate about learning and continues to grow her skill set to better support her clients. Olivia offers prenatal, children’s massage, hot stone, cupping, and dry brushing and is especially drawn to treating tension in the back, neck, shoulders, head, and low back—helping relieve discomfort, headaches, and stiffness.
If you're looking for a therapist who truly understands the connection between hard work and self-care, Olivia might be the perfect fit for you.

Infant Massage Therapy
« Ideal for infants 0-24 months old. Their small muscles and joints are growing by the day - sometimes the hour - which makes for cranky babies. Other sources of cranky range from digestive upsets, sensory overload, torticollis or stiff neck & sensitive skin. RMT helps babies reconnect with their whole bodies, help with gassy bowels and improve their neck range of motion. A great way for parents to learn the basics of massage, ask questions and participate in the treatment. Extra time is allotted in the event of diaper changes, feedings and if baby isn’t sure of the massage. We always ask consent of the baby and they do answer! This is the second fastest time of growth in a human’s life, and they will need to access the benefits of RMT. Exceptional families are welcome, and parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay in the room. »Massage Therapy - AssessmentNew patient

« Ideal for children 2 - 12 years of age who are experiencing growth spurts, digestive changes, sleeping habits, school/life stress balance and athletic activities are all contributing factors for holding tension in the body. This is the second fastest time of growth in a human’s life, and they will need to access the benefits of RMT. Exceptional families are welcome, and parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay in the room. »Prenatal Massage
« Prenatal massage is designed to support your wellness and help ease common pregnancy discomforts. Gentle, therapeutic techniques can help with muscle tension, heaviness in the legs and feet, tightness in the back and shoulders, and overall relaxation throughout pregnancy.
We use the Earthlite Pregnancy Pillow, safe for lying face down for up to 30 minutes, providing excellent support for your belly and chest. We also have additional pillows to ensure you’re comfortably supported on your side or on a slight incline while on your back.
Rest assured, massage cannot trigger labour, though deep relaxation may occasionally bring awareness to Braxton Hicks contractions.
Thank you for trusting us to help ease your aches and support your comfort while you and your baby grow! »3 optionsFacturation directe acceptée
