With 26 years of hands on experience and training in both Western and Eastern healing modalities, I have developed a unique approach to supporting others. I work with the layers of the body - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic. Knowing each holds a vital piece of the puzzle. I believe you can only guide others as far as we have gone within ourselves, which is why I stay committed to my own inner work. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your goals or open to what is already unfolding. I see you. I hear you. I am here to assist your growth and expansion into your infinite potential.
