I believe healing is a journey—shaped by the many paths life can take and undertaken with bravery, at a pace that feels right for you. I will meet you where you are, holding the belief that there’s no single way forward. Each person’s story is unique, and meaningful change begins by uncovering what feels true and resonant to you. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect, creating an affirming and grounding space for growth.
As a queer, neurodiverse therapist and social worker (MSW, RSW), I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ2IA+ and neurodivergent folks, and in holding space for all parts of your story to be seen, heard, and valued.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting individuals and families through healing, growth, and change. My approach integrates practical tools with depth-oriented work, drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS-informed parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and family therapy. Grounded by my connection to nature, I will bring a calm, steady presence to our work together—helping you cultivate resilience, clarity, and connection within yourself and in your relationships.
