Dans ses motsPaige works from a person-centered and strength-based approach. She believes therapy can allow individuals to gain a greater understanding of themselves and to learn to draw on their strengths, to live a meaningful life. Paige strives to offer a welcoming, compassionate, validating, and accepting environment. She sees her role of sitting with people at their most vulnerable as a true privilege and gift. Paige hopes to help people uncover strengths, resilience, and confidence to cope with, and through their pain. Paige recognizes how challenging it can be to ask for help and acknowledges the bravery of choosing to do the hard work we call therapy. She is there to listen and will allow you to choose the pace at which we embark on this journey together.
Paige supports children, adolescents, and adults. She has completed training in Synergetic Play Therapy, Anxious Grief Processing Work, Trauma-Informed Care, and Crisis Intervention Work.
