Dans ses motsHi! My name is Paige and I am a registered social worker with a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in international relations. I have worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient hospital units and community mental health. I have specific expertise in acute crisis counselling with youth and young adults as well as perinatal mental health.
My approach to counselling is dynamic and personalized to each individual. I have specialized training in EMDR, ACT, DBT and SPACE and draw from a variety of other modalities such as CBT and EFT. Most importantly, I come from a place of compassion and connection to explore and work through what is causing you distress.
