Registered Provisional Psychologist
Welcome, I am so glad you are here.
Life doesn’t always unfold in a straight line. Grief, trauma, relationships and infidelity, transitions, compassion fatigue, anxiety, workplace challenges, and ongoing stress can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. I enjoy supporting teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating the future - whether in their personal life, career, or both.
I also value connecting with individuals who are seeking a safe, supportive space for self-reflection, personal growth, or a different perspective.
My approach is collaborative, practical, compassionate, and strengths based. My role is to help you gain insight and clarity and develop practical strategies for personal and professional growth that feel sustainable and realistic for your life.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Alongside traditional talk therapy and practical problem-solving, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART uses eye-movement techniques to help reduce emotional and physiological distress connected to difficult memories and experiences including anxiety, grief, trauma, post-traumatic stress, panic attacks, and physical conditions. This approach is quick and effective, and does not require you to retell the details, and can lessen the intensity of painful images and emotional reactions while preserving the factual memory itself. Many clients find ART helps restore calm, clarity, and resilience.
Career Counselling
I also offer career counselling for young adults considering next steps after high school, as well as for professionals navigating career transitions, job loss, workplace stress, leadership pressures, returning to work, or questions about what comes next. I am qualified to provide career assessments to help clients better understand themselves in relation to work, strengths, values, career fit, and life direction.
My aim is to offer a supportive space where you can better understand what’s been happening, identify what feels most important, and move toward a direction that feels more aligned, manageable, and meaningful for you
