Parag Ray is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in child protection and family services. Guided by Clarity’s values of compassion, integrity, and empowerment, Parag provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for individuals and families navigating complex life challenges.
Parag holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare and has extensive experience supporting clients through separation and divorce, parental alienation, intimate partner violence, mental health concerns, substance use, and grief and loss. She is trained in conducting Section 30 and Section 112 assessments and provides reintegration family therapy in high-conflict and parental alienation cases.
Parag’s practice is grounded in anti-oppressive and anti-racist principles, with a strong commitment to decolonizing systems of care. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Parag is also a Level II Certified Anger Management Specialist and has completed New Ways for Families® Counselling training through the High Conflict Institute. She offers counselling in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with functional proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi.
