About Peggy
Peggy White is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (CAHN-Pro), whole-food, plant-based
cooking instructor, and the founder of Gut Healthy. She is a graduate of the T. Colin
Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies' Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program and is
passionate about helping people use nutrition to support long-term health and
well-being.
Having lived with IBS for much of her life and successfully overcoming small intestinal
bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Peggy understands firsthand the challenges of digestive
health and the profound impact nutrition can have on healing and quality of life. This
personal journey inspired her to help others navigate their own health challenges with
practical, personalized nutrition guidance. She works with clients seeking support for
digestive concerns such as IBS, SIBO, and food intolerances, as well as those living with
chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity, or anyone looking to transition to a
whole-food, plant-based lifestyle.
Peggy believes healthy eating should be both enjoyable and sustainable. Through
one-on-one nutrition coaching, personalized nutrition assessments, and cooking
classes, she helps clients build confidence in the kitchen, create lasting habits, and
discover that nourishing food can be simple, satisfying, and delicious.
Known for her warm, supportive, and down-to-earth approach, Peggy meets clients
where they are and works alongside them to develop realistic strategies that fit their
lifestyle, health needs, and goals.
When she's not working with clients or teaching classes, you'll likely find her creating
new recipes or exploring local farmers' markets in search of seasonal inspiration.
