I graduated from the Sutherland Chan School in 2021. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide demographic of patients, and find I work exceptionally well with treating patients of athletic backgrounds. I also have experience in treating professional athletes with the ATP and the Toronto Argonauts. My treatment style consists of a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, joint mobilization and myofascial techniques. I am also certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture through McMaster university, which can be included as part of your massage therapy treatments with me. I take my time to thoroughly understand each of my patients’ specific goals and needs to tailor my treatment and self-care plan best for them.
